How do we get started and what are your prices?
After obtaining a medical clearance from your physician, we will complete the initial baseline fitness assessment ($159-$179) which includes components such as an extensive medical history review, PAR-Q, musculoskeletal screening, senior fitness assessment, balance/fall prevention assessment, and goal setting. Then, we will begin our personalized sessions (1 on 1, partner, or small group) at our studio, or your home/retirement community.
Fees: Private, 1-on-1 sessions:
*TWICE-WEEKLY minimum number of sessions required for new clients, for best results.
Fees: Semi-Private or small group sessions:
PLEASE NOTE: The average MONTHLY cost of a nursing home stay in the Greenville, SC area (2019) is $6000 per month (totaling $72, 000 annually). Our goal is to keep our valued clients independent, active, and in their OWN home for as long is safely possible! Many of our clients consider an investment in the medical exercise and balance/fall prevention fitness services that we offer, as a way to help them (or their loved ones) maintain their independence, and quality of life, longer.

- At our Studio: rates start at $59 per session
- At your home/retirement community: rates start at $75 per session

- At your home/retirement community: rates start at $50 per person/ session

Do you take insurance?No sorry, we do not take insurance as payment for our professional services. Many clients work with us AFTER they have completed their insurance paid, physical therapy to maintain and/or improve their function and mobility.
