  • Medical Exercise to help you safely and effectively manage chronic medical conditions (i.e. Hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis and more).  As a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Kim can customize your fitness program to help you improve and manage these, and other, chronic conditions, and will be happy to communicate with your doctors, as needed.
  • Post Physical Therapy- Once cleared from physical therapy we offer post-surgery strengthening for many conditions such as knee/hip replacements, rotator cuff tears, tennis elbow, and many more conditions. Kim is a Certified Post-Rehab Conditioning Specialist, and will communicate with your Physical Therapists, as needed, to help continue with your post-surgery progress.
  • MusculoSkeletal Screening: 10 point assessment to determine if the client is cleared to safely exercise. Assessment includes postural screening, shoulder range of motion and flexibility, cervical range of motion, resisted knee extension and flexion, balance, and more.

  • Fall Prevention Assessments to help determine your current risk of falling. **Did you know that 1 of 3 adults over the age of 65 will fall this year? However, this does not have to be an inevitable part of the aging progress. Take steps now to prevent or reduce your risks of falling and maintain your independence!
  • Individual, partner or small group sessions to help you reduce your risk of falling, and maintain your independence.  We recommend a minimum of 2-3 sessions per week in order to get the best results. 
  • Mobility Assessment and Training designed to help you improve your function for activities of daily living, and maintain your independence.

  • On-line Fitness Coaching:  For more independent or busy individuals, we offer a unique and effective option, combining phone, internet, and occasional in-person coaching to help you reach your important goals.
